How to apply rk-1® Uni C Plus
Step 1
When designing digitally, use the part provided in the kit in STL format to connect it to the designed support tooth and/or prosthesis.
Use the non-sinterable crown to adjust the position of the yellow part according to the crest and measurements of the patient’s mouth
Step 2
Connect by sliding the attachment (included in the kit) in the sintered support teeth prosthesis from the previous step (1).
Step 3
Slide the bar from the buccal to the lingual direction through the space provided, which will seal the entire mechanism.
Step 4
Slide the white plastic part (working part) on the attachment so you can make the necessary adjustments and ceramic finishes.
Step 4
If neccessary, insert the extra depth part by sliding it into the crown, then insert the whole part on the attachment as indicated in the previous step (4).
rk-1® Extras Depth Apparatus (Optional)
In the cases of alveolar bone resorption, this apparatus can be added for making a good fit.
Step 5
After all the ceramic and final ajustments, the white plastic part must be replaced by the pink one.
The pink part is placed on the holding apparatus (purple). The thin and short side coming mesially is placed at a 45° angle and is adapted with a turning motion to the distal.
Finish the operation with a push on the distal part.
